1. Exercise an hour a day
2. Drink a glass of red wine a day
3. Dont eat Trans fats or high in cholesterol foods
4. Keep your HDL higher then your LDL
5. Ask yourself Does it have a liver? if so then it has cholesterol and see how much.
HDL is the "Better" Cholesterol and it helped to pick up all the plaque build up in your arteries.
LDL is the "Worse" Cholesterol but we still need it to give cholesterol to all of our cells.
There are a number of different fats Unsaturated are the best fats for you.
Saturated fats are second and trans fats are the worst you dont want any trans fats and you dont necessarily want a lot of saturated fats either but you need some to keep it for your brain and cells.
